Moalajah is a joint venture between Veolia Water (66.67 % shares) and Besix(33.33%shares). Veolia Water is the world leader in water services. It operates in three markets: municipal, industrial and residential services.

Veolia Water has a comprehensive expertise in water cycle management

- Design, build and supply of equipment, systems and water treatment facilities

- Water and wastewater outsourcing services for municipalities

- Industrial services in process water and wastewater for industrial companies

In 2005, Veolia Water has generated revenues of 8.9 billion Euro and it has over 70,768 employees worldwide. BESIX is the largest Belgian construction group and belongs to the BESIX Group, a collection of companies active in the onstruction and real estate sectors. The Group was founded in 1909 and since then has undergone impressive and regular growth.
