Desired Profile:

At MindsDirect we are looking for young graduates and post graduates who are specialized in Human Resource .You need to be a self motivated, creative, and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, accompanied by a strong aspiration to learn and a passion to be a successful HR professional.

You may apply if you are a Fresh MBA Specialized in HR or a basic graduate with one to two years of experience in any of the HR functions.

Note: Based on the interview and written test results we would sponsor 75% to 100% of your training cost for a one year extensive practical training on HR Operations.

Pre-requisite Conditions for Employment:

•Willing to travel anywhere in India and across the globe, on client assignments.

•Willing to sign a training agreement for 2 years.

•Should be accommodative to the CTC of Rs. 162000.00.
