A joint venture of the Al Zahran Group and Bin Mahfouz Group – two renowned business houses in the Gulf region, Ishraqah for Development Limited was established in July 2006 to leverage on the growth dynamics of the property market, regionally and internationally.

The company has a core focus on owning, developing and investing in property in the UAE and in emerging international markets.

Today, Ishraqah has a development portfolio of over AED6 billion in the UAE with several landmark projects in the pipeline in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, India and Pakistan.

As a multifaceted company, Ishraqah also plans to undertake diverse business interests that suit the scope of the Jebel Ali Offshore Companies Regulations 2003.

Ishraqah is the dream-project of a team of accomplished entrepreneurs and professionals, who have proven their mettle in undertaking international projects. The partners of the company are: Sheikh Bader G. Al Zahrani, Sultan Khaled Bin Mahfouz; Youssef M. Medhat El Far; Assem Adel Soliman, Nasser Abdullah Al-Mohawes and Mohamed Sharaf El-Deen Gomaa. Hesham El Far is the chief executive officer of the company.
