Shareholders' equity of the company as at June 30, 1997 was Rs. 921 million and it has total assets of Rs. 1862 million, with turnover exceeding Rs. 2,830 million.

MIRPURKHAS SUGAR MILLS LIMITED: A cane sugar manufacturing company incorporated in 1964. The production capacity of the company is 5000 tons per day sugar cane crushing. Shareholders' equity of the company as at September 30, 1997 was Rs. 198 million and it has total assets of Rs. 371 million, with turnover exceeding Rs. 792 million.

CHERAT PAPERSACK LIMITED: A paper bag / sack manufacturing company incorporated in 1991. The production capacity of the company is 24 million bags p.a.p.s. Shareholders' equity of the company as at June 30, 1997 was Rs. 141 million and it has total assets of Rs. 246 million, with turnover exceeding Rs. 532 million.

GREAVES PAKISTAN (PVT.) LIMITED: A company engaged in sales and service of engineering equipment and in the electrical contracting field. Acquired by the group in 1964. Shareholders' equity of the company is Rs. 10 million and it has total assets of Rs. 137 million, with sales of approx. Rs. 500 million.

FARUQUE (PVT.) LIMITED: An investment / trading / commission agency company. Established in 1964 and is the parent company of the group. Its shareholders' equity is about Rs. 92 million while it has total assets of Rs. 112 million with turnover of around Rs. 54 million. ...عرض أقل
