G Hospitality owns and operates four successful concepts – TOMO, a Japanese restaurant in the Raffles Hotel featuring the renowned Chef Takashi; Al Mandaloun, a Lebanese restaurant in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC); the famous Entrecote Café de Paris from Geneva, located in both the Dubai Mall & Shangri-La Souk Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi; and Solo Bistronomia & Vino Bar in the Raffles Hotel promoting the authentic Italian cuisine in a unique design and atmosphere.
