ECE – Elite Consolidated Engineers was founded in 2009 by Mikhail Guergues and Abram Selim Fouad.

ECE main office is based in Cairo, but its field of business extends to spread through Egypt, Middle East and Africa, which allowed ECE personnel to have a diversified experience.
