This Company Beitna , was founded in Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as public shareholding limited company. It was registered in Jordanian records under No. (186) in 21/7/1983. Since then it has been working in accordance with Islamic Shari'a (Doctrine) and with a capital, upon foundation, of 2 million JD's. It was then increased to 6 million JD's by distributing 4 million free shares to shareholders in the year 2003 and to 9.6 million JD's at the end of 2003 when 60% of the shares were distributed as dividends for the year 2003, therefore, it increased to 15 million by the end of the year 2004 when 0.562% of the shares were distributed as dividends for the year 2004 and been added to the cash profits.

Moreover, the Company participated in developing the capital market and traded in real estate investment portfolios as there was an opportunity to invest the savings of the public in its investment projects which have realized and are realizing the highest returns in the Kingdom.

Beitna is considered as the largest Jordanian Company in real estate, development, lease, ownership and partnership investment. Its leading ambitious project (Beitna City) at the Yarmouk Road, and is considered as the biggest project of the kind in the Kingdom, and perhaps in the region, especially after the comprehensive review made of the structural sketch (layout)with a view to containing new construction upon developing the City into a complete city centre containing different commercial health, educational, residential and recreational services required by cities.

The Towers of Beitna which will reach forty-two storeys high will be in the middle of the City upon completion. The towers will be built in stages.
