AADC are the Middle East Agency of Psytech International, UK, one of the world leaders in the research, development and distribution of Psychometric Test Materials. AADC offer a range of HR consultancy services, such as Assessment & Development Centre’s, 360 Degree feedback mechanism’s, Development interventions and policy/ process design and delivery. In addition AADC conduct the British Psychological Society certification programmes in Occupational Testing in the UAE and Oman.

AADC has a client base that ranges from Government to Multi – Nationals and local organizations.

Consultants work 5 days a week, 09.00 – 17.00hrs, however, due to the nature of the business some flexibility in regard to timings is required.

AADC is based in Knowledge Village, Dubai

Primary Purpose:

The successful candidate (after required training & development) will be able to:

Deliver assessment centre & Psychometric Testing services to AADC client base, in both English and/or Arabic.

Analyse and report testing data

Attend & participate in client sales and service meetings.

Write sales proposals and close the sale

Contribute toward arabisation of test materials and other related documentation. Contribute toward customer focused, accurate and timely HR client interventions.

Contribute toward development and design of HR consultancy services

Develop skills in additional HR activities if required, such as performance management and compensation & benefits.

Please Note: Full training & development will be provided by AADC. Ideal candidate will have B.P.S Level A & B in Occupational Testing, however, AADC will fund an otherwise ideal candidate in gaining the qualification. ...عرض أقل
