In the year 1403 H (1982), three like-minded young entrepreneurs from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came together with a common vision and commitment to give birth of a new company then known as A. Aziz Al Traiki & Ptartners Trading & Contracting Company Limited. It is incorporated as a partnership company with a paid up capital of 1.5 million Saudi Riyals. The partners are Abdul Aziz Al Traiki, Engr. Saad F Al Jindan & Khalid A Al Thani. The contracting company has significantly contributed to the infrastructure development of the Eastern Province of the Kingdom and successfully completed many government and private civil construction projects.

The company is later re-named as APTC Trading & Contracting Company. The APTC Ready Mix is started in the year 1983 with the objective to supply ready-mix concrete to the market. The group has now diversified with the following branches and affiliated companies

Khalleg Factory for Natural Stone & Construction Material Company to supply concrete block to the market

Asphalt Works & Crusher Company to supply aggregates to the market

Carpentry workshop to meet the carpentry demands internal and for reputable clients.

The year 2003, APTC has another milestone with the establishment of a new branch known as APTC Trading Company for representation of foreign manufacturers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The total human resources are about 1500. These personnel include managers, engineers from various disciplines, skilled technicians & work force. They are guided by the three partners who are the greatest strengths & motivation for the organization.
