AHC maintains a decentralized regional organization structure based on collaborative management philosophy, which enables us to meet our management mission statement objectives. All managers are expected to participate in the overall planning and corporate development process. The management structure consists of seven (7) departments; Project Management, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Health Safety & Environment, Finance & Accounting, Administration, Equipment & Facilities Maintenance and Engineering, which includes Estimation, Procurement, Purchasing & Project Controls.

Each Department manager is considered a leader and expected to provide vision and resources to their respective department employees. We firmly believe in an inverted pyramid structure for the company organization.
