ADES has an operational joint venture with CUDD Pressure Control, Houston TX. for the provision of Hydraulic Workover & Well Control operations supported by an extensive joint investment program.

A unique line of Marine services was setup to support the company’s offshore activities. Extensive upfront investments were raised to acquire modern, state of the art Self-propelled Jackup Barges to accommodate the heavy workover and well servicing equipment and provide smart modular systems capable of performing full scale rigless operations even on those satellites and single-well platforms, which would normally require Jack-up Drilling Rigs to perform simple operations.
