l Responsibilities:
Develop international customer resources, establish, and maintain good business relationships.
Gain a deep understanding of international trade-related laws, regulations, and operational processes to ensure business compliance.
Provide customers with professional product information and solutions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and report customer demands timely.
Submit weekly customer reports, including new customers, customer progress, and the status of payments from customers. Reports are to be sent via the company email and corporate WeChat.
l Requirements:
Familiarity with international trade-related laws and regulations, understanding of relevant trade regulations and operational processes, with some foreign trade experience preferred.
Knowledgeable about automotive industry policies and government support in Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, and South America.
Familiarity with the automotive parts market and the automotive industry, with some understanding of passenger and commercial vehicle sectors.
Ability to resolve temporary issues raised by end-users and OEM customers, alleviate user concerns, and report customer demands.
Capable of independently completing and writing comprehensive customer demand reports.
Assist in completing customer OTS approvals.
Proficiency in both oral and written English.
Familiarity with corporate WeChat communication methods and the ability to use it flexibly for internal communication.
Strong market insight and negotiation skills, capable of developing and maintaining customer resources.

No base salary, commission based on sales profit margin.
