IT Business Analyst Needed for Insurance Company in Calgary, ABWe are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our client’s team which is a leading insurance provider in Canada, Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and IT departments, ensuring that our technology solutions align with the company's strategic objectives.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers and subject matter experts, to develop and implement effective solutionsConduct process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and system specificationsProvide training and support to end-users on new software implementationsContinuously monitor and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency
