New Bayt Blog We have revamped the theme for our blog to match the design of Bayt.com. Also, we are going to use our blog more frequently to communicate with you – our users. We understand the importance of keeping in touch with you and believe the blog is one of the best ways to let you know what we are doing here at Bayt.com, and at the same time collect your feedback through comments and emails. Therefore, apart from being an active participant in this blog, please let us know how we can improve what we are doing and what products and features you want from Bayt in 2009.
We are going to use this blog to a) Help you with tips and insights into getting the most out of Bayt.com b) Inform you about new features, products and services launched by Bayt. c) Build an HR community to discuss HR relates issues in the Middle East and North Africa. …and much more.
Video Contest We are going to start the year with a video contest to get you involved in crowd-sourcing video and design content for Bayt.com. By participating in the contest you can help us evolve the user experience of Bayt.com. In short, we’ll ask you to submit a multimedia video that matches our script on a certain topic. The best video/design will get our contract and the glory. Look for more details on the contest in the next few days. You can subscribe to our RSS feeds or can visit us later this week to learn more about the Video Contest and how you can participate. Meanwhile do let us know your feedback through comments or email.
Website Evolution We are also going to start the year with one of the largest overhauls of the Bayt.com website that we have ever performed. We are primarily evolving the job seeker side of the website to make Bayt.com even easier to use to find a job, build a CV, apply to the job, and take one step closer to building your lifestyle of choice. There will be more to come on these changes in January, 2009. We are very excited about using our blog to keep you informed and to hear from you. We are also excited that this becomes one more way that we can engage you in our ongoing process to make Bayt.com better, and help you in your career objectives.
