Addressing these concerns, Bayt.com has undertaken the 'Future of Work in the MENA' survey. Its objective is to shed light on the skills that are anticipated to gain significance over the next 10 years, the profound transformations propelled by technology, and the future landscape of job roles and job seeking.
Key Findings:
Data for the Future of Work in the MENA 2023 survey was collected online between 9 and 30 March 2023. Results are based on a sample of 2,123 respondents from the following countries: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Sudan among others.
