Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Grant Thornton Abdulaal as a Consultant/ Supervisor in our Risk Advisory department. As a leading global professional services firm, we provide our clients with a range of services including audit, tax, and advisory services. Our Risk Advisory team specializes in helping organizations identify and manage risks to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of risk advisory professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies for clients. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities. Monitor and review work performed by team members to ensure it meets quality standards and deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to provide relevant and timely advice to clients. Prepare and present reports to clients on risk assessment findings and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated solutions to clients. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in risk advisory or a related field within a Consultancy. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
