Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the spa facility.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve spa revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure high quality of service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Train, supervise, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to ensure the health and safety of spa clients and staff.
• Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
