Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a fine-dining standalone shisha setting.
  • Prepare and serve shisha orders promptly and accurately.
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shisha station.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of shisha preparation and service.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in shisha serving in a fine-dining or upscale environment.
  • Understanding of shisha culture and various flavors.
  • Experience in providing personalized service to discerning clientele.
  • Previous experience in a standalone shisha setting is a strong asset.
