We have an immediate requirement for the role of aSenior Fleet Sales Executive, for ourAutomotive Division.
Requirements
Ensure daily prospecting or customer visits made as per the standards set by the department.
Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the Manager – Fleet & Lease.
Qualify the customer requirement and submit the quotation accordingly as per the company guidelines.
Ensure to submit daily Call reports, Hot prospects, lost order and monthly reports.
Ensure the vehicles are sold on the basis of features and merits without discounting the brand. Constantly enhancing the image of the company in the eyes of the customer.
Ensure a good product knowledge and information about the competition models features.
Achieve higher fleet customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries or complaints. Report customer complaints to the Fleet Manager.
Propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales.
Develop long term relationship with fleet customers to enhance the sales.
Offer and conduct test drives with every new fleet customer. Emphasize test drives for the new models to build confidence.
Actively participate in all sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales.
Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made within the committed time and the new car delivery process is followed.
Ensure post-sale follow up as a part of sales process.
BenefitsWe are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the salary for this role will be BD 600 – BD 700 gross.
