Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess company performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget and forecasts in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance versus budget, analyzing and reporting variances.
  1. Cost Control
  • Ensure effective cost control across departments, focusing on maintaining luxury standards while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Analyze cost structures to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures without impacting brand quality.
  1. Inventory & Stock Management
  • Manage financial aspects of inventory and stock, including valuation, optimization, and alignment with product demand cycles.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting on inventory.
  1. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and profitability.
  1. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize liquidity to meet short-term and long-term objectives, especially during key sales periods.
  • Monitor working capital requirements and implement strategies to improve cash flow.
  1. Management Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights into KPIs, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the finance department in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  1. Strategic Financial Planning
  • Work closely with the executive team to provide financial guidance on long-term plans and investments.
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial insights, projections, and scenario modeling.
