Position: Senior Consultant - Growth Advisory
Grant Thornton Abdulaal is a leading global professional services firm, providing a wide range of services in audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Growth Advisory department.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving growth and providing strategic advice to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement growth strategies that will help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop growth strategies to help them achieve these goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for clients
- Develop and implement action plans to drive growth and improve business performance
- Provide strategic advice to clients on areas such as business development, market expansion, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling services to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Growth Advisory department through continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of business strategy and growth models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or PMP are a plus.
