Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in automobile sales.
  • Experience in successfully managing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the automobile market in Bahrain.
