The Sales Executive role in Manama, Bahrain, is a dynamic position within the marketing industry, designed for individuals who are passionate about driving sales and building client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and marketing knowledge, allowing them to effectively promote the company's products and services. With a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
  9. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  10. Assist in the development of pricing strategies and proposals.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. good knowledge in IT
  3. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing sector.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  11. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
