Retail Store Supervisor ( Perfumes)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our perfume and cosmetics store in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the store team to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Train and motivate staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in perfumes and cosmetics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
