الوصف الوظيفي

Position Summary:

Restaurant Manager must know how to lead all aspects of LAB Like-A-Baker. To deliver a high

quality menu and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsible

for maintaining restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Must ensure efficient

service operation and maintain high customer service standards.

 

Indicators of Success:

· Restaurant manager must interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline restaurant staff for the efficient operation.

· Restaurant Manager must organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate related information to the staff, such as operational issues, sales targets and menu changes

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Managing daily restaurant service management operations.

· Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.

· Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

· Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

· Organize and supervise shifts.

· Responsible for restaurants daily, weekly, monthly operational tasks.

· Responsible for inventory, sales reports, and daily open/close.

· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

· Estimate future needs for goods, maintenance, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

· Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it.

· Control operational costs, payrolls, and identify measures to cut waste.

· Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.

· Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.

· Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.

· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

· Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.

· Knowledge of overseeing the dining area, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.

· Lead by example and uplift the staff during busy times.

· Ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

· Improve customer service experience as a manager.

· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waiters. 

· Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS, and reporting system.

· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

· Acute financial management skills.
