Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including team management, customer service, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and ensure profitability.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of employees.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Desired Experience:

  • 8-15 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
