Minimum qualification of degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A postgraduate degree of the same and/or registration as licensed/chartered Engineer or Architect from recognized professional body is advantageous.
Registered as Category ‘A’ with the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP), or eligible for registration as Category ‘A’.
Minimum of 20 years’ experience in mixed-use development or construction projects including multi-storey residential buildings in framed structure design and construction having worked with engineering and/or project management consultancy in the Middle East and other locations.
