Multi Unit General Manager - Restaurants

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the designated region.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability across all units.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards at each restaurant.
• Manage and mentor a team of restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, sales, and expenses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any escalated customer issues.
