Job Objective
Primary Responsibilities:
Operational:
• Prepare Drawings & Specifications: Develop detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and provide accurate material estimations and technical specifications.
• Tendering & Procurement: Conduct tendering processes for MEP-related projects. Prepare RFPs, technically evaluate supplier bids, and collaborate with procurement to onboard vendors or suppliers.
• Project Planning: Create detailed project plans defining the scope of work, timelines, and budget requirements specifically for MEP installations and maintenance projects.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adherence to the project plan and budget, preparing status reports for review meetings. Highlight risks, challenges, and deviations to management for action planning.
• Quality Assurance & Project Closeout: Ensure MEP project completion meets defined quality standards. Prepare and issue project completion certificates, SNAG reports, and conduct final handover to the Operations & Maintenance team.
• Vendor Management & Defects Liability: Follow up with vendors during the defects liability period, ensure timely defect resolution, issue the final acceptance certificate, and facilitate handover.
• Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily MEP system operations, addressing complaints and conducting corrective maintenance. Ensure issues are logged, resolved, and documented.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance activities as per the schedule and report findings, along with any additional maintenance requirements.
• Workforce Monitoring: Monitor the work and performance of outsourced MEP contractors. Track progress, raise GRNs, and ensure the timely release of payments.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines in MEP operations. Provide support to business units and projects for smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and assess improvement opportunities in MEP operations. Plan and implement enhancements based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

• Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
• Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
• Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends.
