We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager based in Bahrain for a premium restaurant group. You’ll lead a team of threw which includes a Marketing Specialist, Digital Presence Supervisor, and Graphic Designer.

The role:

• To develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including web, social, and mobile, to drive engagement and meet business objectives.
• Oversee all digital marketing work streams, from concept to execution, ensuring high customer engagement and strong ROI.
• Supervise content production and analysis, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all platforms.
• Report on campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive brand loyalty and awareness through data-driven strategies that lead to commercial success.
• Manage department budgets, ROI models, and deliver measurable reports using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3-5 years of CRM and digital campaign management in the F&B sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar, data management, budget planning, and team leadership.
• BS in Management or Master’s in Marketing with strong expertise in CRM, customer loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
