Job Objective:
Leverage cloud platforms and machine learning techniques to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions. Build and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for model training and inference. Implement MLOps practices and tools to automate the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Deploy and fine-tuning generative AI models for business applications. Strong programming skills and proficiency in cloud-based services for data storage, processing, and model deployment. This role requires the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions, working with large datasets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role is ideal for candidates with strong, hands-on skills in machine learning and cloud data engineering.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Demonstrate a high level of mathematical and statistical literacy and an interest in applying quantitative analysis to real-world problems.
• Design and implement machine learning capabilities to achieve business objetcives.
• Ability to draw strategic and operational insights from internal and external data and clearly communicate business insights to business users.
Financial:
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Implement predictive models and algorithms to address business problems and enhance key performance indictaors.
• Develop data flows and predictive models based on customer behavior analysis.
Operational:
• Utilize cloud-based tools and services for data storage, processing, and model deployment (e.g., S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
• Expertise in Feature Engineering, Model Training and Model Evaluation in addition to data wrangling.
• Integrate machine learning models into applications and services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and related data science libraries for data processing and statistical modelling.
• Comfortable writing complex SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple data sources.
People:
• Able to converse in business terms when presenting analyses to business users.
• Work closely with stakeholders and contribute towards building optimal business solutions
• Develop strong working relationship within internal teams and with suppliers/partners.
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction with Data Science & AI deliverables.
