Job Description

What’s on Your Plate?


  • Monitor live operations and rider performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Conduct on-ground audits, manage rider queries, and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Liaise with fleet partners and facilitate feedback loops between riders and management.
  • Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and address performance issues.
  • Oversee zonal performance, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

What Did We Order?


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry (preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Suite and skilled in multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu/Arabic is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Driving License is required.
