Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing legal advice and support on a variety of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, and compliance issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Support the legal team in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal insights and guidance.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications

  • Law degree (LLB) from an accredited university.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Desired Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the legal landscape in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
