Majid Al Futtaim offers a full-time opportunity in Bahrain and announces its need for a Finance Coordinator who will be responsible for the timely tracking and efficiently coordinating with the Finance team and various vendors. This also includes handling daily banking receipts, supplier invoices, and payments in accordance with Policies and Procedures. In addition, the position liaises with banks for payment tracking and resolving payment-related matters. Duties & responsibilities



Your key Responsibilities and Accountabilities will be:
Maintain the centralized invoice tracking tool. Ensure timely processing and archival of all suppliers’ invoices / Employees requests payments. Ensure timely processing and archival of all Urgent bills. Respond to suppliers and internal resources’ requests efficiently and on a timely basis. Maintain a centralized tracking tool and ensure all invoices/ employees claims are logged onto the tracking tool upon receiving. Manage cheque distribution process to suppliers and reply to suppliers' inquiries related to their payments. Auditing and compliance: Assist with Financial Audits and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and regulations. Vendor and supplier relations: Manage relationships with Vendor and suppliers including negotiation bank Acc and resolving payment issue. Assisting Accountant by: checking the invoices complying with Vat requirements and verifying the receipt of a purchase order ( LPO) before sending the invoice. Communication with telecom companies to obtain monthly bills and create a deduction schedule for employees in case the bills are over the limit.
Maintain a register of collections.
Prepare on a daily basis bank deposit slips for the payments received from various tenants and ensure that the same in the bank on a timely basis.
Knowledge in accounting and invoicing. Communication and interpersonal skills
