Located in the business and leisure hub of the city, InterContinental® Bahrain offers its guests the perfect location from where to explore the exciting face of Manama. The hotel offers 304 spacious rooms including 4 club floors and 36 luxurious suites. Each room is designed to meet the needs and the expectations of the modern traveler. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Providing exemplary leadership and training to our in-room dining team
• Meticulously coordinating the preparation, presentation, and delivery of each meal
• Anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Resolving any service issues with poise, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and timeliness

What we need from you

• At least 3 years of experience in a 5 star hotel In-room dining department 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and provide feedback to team members
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of in-room dining operations
• Proficient in inventory management, food cost control, and other key hospitality metrics
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
