We are seeking an experienced HR & Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and human resources functions. This role will be crucial in managing employee relations, compliance, office administration, and ensuring all HR functions align with Bahrain’s regulatory requirements. English proficiency is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of employment contracts, benefits, and leave balances.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with local laws and company values.
2. Office Administration
• Oversee daily office operations
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and act as the main point of contact for administrative support.
• Support the accounting department with payroll.
3. Legal & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), and visa regulations.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations through the LMRA, ensuring all employees are legally registered and compliant with visa requirements.
• Administer GOSI contributions and ensure accurate monthly filings, record-keeping, and reconciliation of employee insurance records.
• Stay updated on changes to Bahrain labor laws, including LMRA and GOSI requirements, and advise management accordingly.
