Job Title: Head of Investment Products

We are currently representing a Fintech company that has started its journey into Investment Digital Services. We are helping them to recruit a Head of Investment Products who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the investment portfolio and ensuring all the investor obligations are met.

Responsibilities: 

• Working closely with the Head of Business in formulating and proposing a line of investment product offerings and leveraging investment opportunities, that meet the company’s target market and go-to-market strategy.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of and manage such investment products to ensure they meet the initial product design and comply with internal financial controls and operational requirements.
• Understanding, identifying, and mitigating the risks associated with the investment products, and the continuous monitoring of the investment portfolio to ensure they are meeting both the investor obligations and company objectives.
• Monitoring and assessing the market, economic and investor trends to indicate and overcome resulting challenges and/or proposing any resulting investment opportunities for investors to the management.
• Demonstrating and executing a deep understanding of global investment codes of practice, upholding a high standard of ethics, good faith, professional discretion, care towards investor obligations and due diligence in their day-to-day management of the investment products and overall investment portfolio.

Skills & Experience: 

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 7+ years, ideally with significant exposure to Financial products Financial Markets, Capital Markets, latest product offering, Asset Liability, Management and Risk Management functions.
• CFA, ACI Dealing, Diploma/Certificate, IFA or related field.
