Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team in all aspects of food preparation and presentation at the standalone pizza restaurant.
  • Create and develop new pizza recipes while ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food ordering, and quality control.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the culinary industry.
  • Previous experience working in a standalone restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with Bahraini cuisine and local food trends.
