Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager . As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the financial stability of the company.
5. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
8. Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
9. Manage the company's relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide financial advice and guidance when needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or consulting firm.
4. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
