Job Objective
Job Objective Manage the operations and maintenance of the facilities and infrastructure ensuring availability for effectively running business operations. Provide administrative and execution support in developing and managing Power & Building Services facilities and infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
Operational:
Service Planning & Specifications: Develop detailed service plans for soft facilities management, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other services. Ensure accurate service level agreements (SLAs) and specifications are provided for each service. Tendering & Procurement: Lead tendering processes for soft facilities services. Prepare RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective onboarding of service providers. Contract & Vendor Management: Manage contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations, handle escalations, and negotiate contract renewals or amendments as needed. Daily Operations & Complaint Management: Oversee the daily operations of soft facilities, ensuring services such as cleaning, and landscaping are delivered to the expected standards. Address complaints and resolve issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction. Preventive Maintenance & Service Schedules: Implement and monitor preventive service schedules for soft facilities such as regular cleaning, pest control, and waste disposal. Ensure services are executed as per the agreed schedule and report any deviations. Workforce Supervision: Supervise the work and performance of outsourced soft facilities contractors. Ensure tasks are completed on time, service quality is maintained, and performance is documented for review. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all soft facility services comply with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards. Regularly review procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and risk management guidelines. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage the budget for soft facility services, including monitoring expenses, negotiating service rates, and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of soft facility services, highlighting areas for improvement, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all documentation related to services is updated and maintained for audits and reviews. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify areas for enhancing soft facility services, including the introduction of new technologies, eco-friendly solutions, or process improvements. Implement initiatives to enhance service delivery, optimize resources, and reduce operational costs.
People:
• Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
• Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
• Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical (MEP) engineering
Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in development or maintenance power or building services related facilities or infrastructure
