We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef, to join one of the leading hospitality groups based over in Bahrain.
The group are based in the heart of Manama and has a number of amazing F&B concepts within their portfolio.
In short, the Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading & managing the pastry team to create high-quality, innovative, & visually appealing pastries, desserts, & baked goods. This role involves menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistency and excellence in all pastry products.
The Executive Pastry Chef works closely with other kitchen & management staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, manage inventory, and control costs.
