Executive Pastry Chef

Package: 1,700 – 1,850 BHD per month tax free, plus accommodation, medical, annual flight ticket, visa.

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef, to join one of the leading hospitality groups based over in Bahrain.

The group are based in the heart of Manama and has a number of amazing F&B concepts within their portfolio.

In short, the Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading & managing the pastry team to create high-quality, innovative, & visually appealing pastries, desserts, & baked goods. This role involves menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistency and excellence in all pastry products.

The Executive Pastry Chef works closely with other kitchen & management staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, manage inventory, and control costs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
• Experienced in volume, café, restaurant & fine dine pastry concepts.
• Excellent leadership & management skills with ability to train & mentor staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to develop and test new recipes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen teammates.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer requests & feedback professionally.
