The Sales Manager for Mercure Grand Bahrain is responsible for driving the sales activities of the hotel in both the Rooms and Food and Beverage operation, while providing support towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Accor's vision and values and assisting in the execution of sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
The Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales with additional reporting responsibilities to the General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Most have Minimum +3 years as Hotel Sales Manager in GCC .

Relevant sales experience is an asset
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Highly responsible & reliable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
