The key objective of the position will be to support the execution of the Hotel’s Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy including but not limited to content updates, Social media management, email marketing. Reporting directly to Director of Marketing.
· Assist the Director of Marketing in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels.
· Managing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
· Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels and online listings.
· Organization of PR Events, delaing with media and influencers when required.
· Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels.
· Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at Hotel level including but not limited to SEO, Display, Paid Social, Metasearch.
· Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines.
· Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media.
· Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on Digital performance.
· Manage Digital paid campaigns on Meta and OTA’s.
· Act as E-commerce leader for the hotel.
