As Kitopi’s Sushi Chef, you will be preparing variety of sushi including maki, nigiri, and sashimi, using cooked and raw fish as well as fruits, and vegetables. You will be working in one of our Satellite Kitchens and support the Brand by following their standards and recipes. You will ensure food consistency on all our relevant brands and maintain accuracy on all food orders.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance whilst you still follow all food safety procedures.
Work with your teammates to make sure your kitchen is set-up for success
Follow Kitopi and the brands’ standards.

Prepare and cook our customer’s meals to the highest standard every time. Attention to detail and recipe guidelines is essential when working in our kitchens
Who Are We Looking For?
You must be someone who leads by example, you don’t fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
Poses, and be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of sushi types and sushi rolling techniques
Previous experience of working as a Sushi Chef is a must
Quick Service Restaurant background will be an advantage
Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness
