Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payments from customers using the POS system.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide customers with appropriate change.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier position.
  • Experience in a fine-dining establishment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting procedures.
