About the role
Serve guest needs by assisting the Lounge Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests.
What you will do
Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Stock service stations with chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware, silverware, and paper goods for service.
Fill out requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
Breakdown, clean and set up side stations and back of house areas.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Deliver food to guests.
Assist servers in serving beverages.
What you bring
High school education or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of food service or related work.
Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
