● Take full ownership and create data-driven insights and analyses that influence development decisions and strategies, by using the appropriate data and tools
● Discover through analyses, opportunities for growth and optimization
● Create reports, and dashboards and answer ad-hoc questions that would help our stakeholders make informed decisions
● Synthesise performance trends and business performance
● Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.
● Strong analytical background with hands-on experience for over 3 years.
● Proficiency and demonstrated experience of 3+ years in Excel, PPT
● Prior experience with SQL, Tableau, and Looker will be beneficial
● Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with last-minute adaptations & changes
● Ability to communicate technical & operational findings/projects to all types of stakeholders
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
● Proven ability to manage change and implement process improvements
● Has a keen interest in business and is able to use common sense to simplify data (and is able to zoom out to observe patterns)
