The ideal candidate is adventurous, enthusiastic, and skilled in delivering engaging activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, leadership, and guest satisfaction. Organize and manage fishing excursions with guest guidance and expertise.Land-Based Activities: Conduct desert mountain biking tours, ensuring guest engagement. Lead desert safari tours with informative and enjoyable experiences. Plan and oversee hiking and desert camping, prioritizing safety and enjoyment.Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences. Deliver detailed briefings and instructions for activities.Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. Perform equipment safety checks and ensure participant well-being.Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other resort teams.
