Job Description

The Sales & Marketing role at an Advertising Agency offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and target potential clients and markets to expand the business reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase company products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives


المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in the Bahraini market is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
