General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient General Manager to oversee our CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and Juice divisions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the production, operations, and sales of CSD and juice products. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing comprehensive business functions including P&L, quality assurance, maintenance, finance, inventory management, and procurement. Familiarity with industry-leading equipment such as Krones, KHS, Sacmi, Tetra Pak A3 Speed, and A3 Flex is essential. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Angolan market, having previously worked in or with the region,

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations and production of the CSD and Juice divisions to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage and oversee the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of the financial health of the divisions, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety regulations.
• Supervise and enhance maintenance practices to ensure optimal functioning of all production equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
